I am not having too much hair-loss (at least not now. I am 22), but my dad and grand-dad is bald. And I know that I am gonna exprience hair-loss in future. So what I do now is;

1- Drink Green tea
2- Propecia
3- Protein, b12 foods
4- Konazol shampoo

I also want to hear your thoughts and experinces about this situation.

Baldness is due to excess testosterone....

This is the only solution that works. It's pricey but it works.

Hair Transplant.

Start now by transplanting hair where your father and grandfather have lost it.
That way you never actually go bald.

Although the hair loss runs on your mothers side....
It is carried on the X chromosome.....
check if you uncles have hair loss.

Even rogaine when it works---- is not all that great.

and it does not work for male pattern baldness....

but at 22 years old.... it might be stress or vitamin deficiency
did your father lose his hair early in life too

You can't avoid it if it's in your genes, merely slow it down. I tend to avoid using shampoo too often, i wash my hair every day but use shampoo only once or twice per week. Since then my hair looks and feels much better.

Hey Bro,

I feel ya, its starting to effect me now as well dammit, although i think ive been speeding it up with certain bodybuilding "supplements" ive been taking lol.

Another forum im on (a bodybuilding sorta one) a guy made a great post regarding Emu Oil and Coconut oil, hes before and after pictures looked great

This was the post, im going to give it a try when winters over

Well keep things simple and short, have had a decent receding hairline for about 5 years. And my last cycle only 2 weeks made me bald like crazy. Was so thin up top was horrible and set my hairline back even more.

Well I didnt want to try proscar or such cause of the bad long term side effects i hear of people getting even after they stop.

So I read all the natural ones I could.

If you do a simple search on some such as emu oil. Suppose to increase ur dna sysnthis by 20 percent in skin and hair. And also a DHT blocker cause of the fatty acids or some such in it.

coconut oil same as above almost

And saw palmetto of course, but ive always used this and still lost hair..

These are just generaliations you can read more into them if you want of course. alot of studies were skeptical they had proof but many people just didnt want to believe that these oils would work.

Well here I am with hair growing in aprox one whole inch or more from my recedeing hairline making a new hairline and tons of hairs just poping up that i havnt seen in years. Not to mention this stuff makes my hair look great lol shiny in a healthy way etc and very soft feeling.

I altho have now shaved my head to applys the oils better and to really see and take pictures as progress to see it from the root. And now my head over all is same thickness all over u cant tell that it was thinninh on the top compared to sides anymore.

This stuff works definatly give it a try. The studies that seem far fetched are true. Youll see in some studies some people claiming just like me seeing hair growth where they havnt seen hair growth in years. and something about awakening dead hair cells thats been dead for years.

Anyways guys this stuff works amazing! And the hair coming in has got to be thicker than the hair on me now, and its there to stay i tried pulling em out and even got my gf to yank on em. they wont budge lol!

Stress causes hair loss, smoke some weed :D Eat healthy vegetables and comb your hair all over to stimulate the area.

I have a great CB product for you with my link haha

U cant man. And dont take propecia...that shit will fuck you up. Just shave it right down and accept it. You will actually like it better. Been there done that!

I get my head shaved every month... Don't have to worry about hair loss :D

This should be interesting.

I mean let OP know when you're done posting on hair loss prevention, so he can take all your posts and build his microniche.

Yeah as if we all were dermatologists and there is no site on the internet providing information on this super-secret topic where OP could get some help from.

You think too much, dear sir!

Damn, 22 years old and worried about hair loss. Short, shaved hair is fashionable too!

Hit me up if you are planning to purchase Green Tea. I will send you my affiliate link......Just kidding.

Hair loss can be controlled, Just visit a dermatologist.

My store sells hair loss shampoo that shall work (if I belive my customers), it is something with hormones - but i think honestly it is a scrotum-minifier after a few month of usage.

Propecia could potentially mess you up with bad side effects. It chemically castrates you.

My hair started thinning at 16 - I thought I'd be full on bald by 18. Gave me major stress.... I'm in my early-mid twenties and I still have decent hair. I know it's got thinner, but strangers don't. My hairline is just not arrow straight anymore, like most guys. I think stress triggered it.

I reckon I have until I'm 40. But I shave my head to number 2 anyway, so it won't make a difference.

The only way to beat it is with a hair transplant. There'll be a chemical cure eventually though. Almost certain given the amount of money a cure is worth (billions).
