Hey everyone,

I’ve been running a blog for a while now, and I want to figure out the best ways to actually make money from it. I know there are a ton of methods out there, but I’d love to hear from people who have real experience.

What’s been working for you?
Affiliate marketing?
Ad networks like AdSense, Ezoic, or Mediavine?
Selling digital products or courses?
Sponsored posts?
Something else I haven’t thought of?

I’d appreciate any insights, success stories, or even mistakes to avoid. Let’s keep it real—what actually makes consistent money?

Looking forward to your thoughts!

You can diversify depending on your niche. Having multiple streams of income from the same blog helps. Can do a mix of affiliate, display ads and digital products.

Well you can make money with everything if you have traffic .The hard part its getting ranked and getting traffic ,my favourite method its to build an email list and then market affiliate products with my list

Sir! I want to make an website on which I can sale products.
Plz give me guidance about my will?

Affiliate marketing through popular platforms, you should focus right away

Adsense and amazon work pretty steadily with not a lot of work. That's the parth I chose.
Tried Ezoic for a few months but it slowed the site too much.
Got a question, how much do you make from amazon and with how much traffic?

In my opinion AdSense is the best way to earn money from blog.

Its different in every niche. The way i do it is very systematic. I've built hundreds of sites and i have 8 all making money right now. 1)get as much demographic data as you can about yout traffic source(s) 2)see what your competition is doing to monetize then start there by copying them as closely as possible 2) Then start running split tests. Dont do more than 2 at a time but ideally only 1. 3)After awhile of doing various tests you can compare them and see what gets you the highest return. Sometimes its a combination a couple.

I also compare the amount of time i have to invest or ROIT(return on invested time). Some stuff you can automate either 80-100% and other things like building a product or service, then creating a full product launch and campaign take much more time but might also might be worth it. So your level of markteing skills gotta be taken into account also.

Since your new and not likely making much money if any at all then go with display ads. Adsense has is the best usually. if you are going to make sponsored posts work you will need to have some demographic data about your audience. As a buyer of sponsored posts myself i need to know about the traffic source as possible to make sure its a good fit for what im promoting

About $10 EPM in a lot-so-lurative niche. Equal to Adsense.
$10 Earnings Per Thousand???
but you mean earnings in adsense right?
amazon affiliate has convertions about 4-12%
Even 1 Buyer gives you more than 10$

Provide helpful information and lead your visitor to product page or just gather an email list and advertise to them via email

I mostly focus on traffic and ad income, this approach requires consistency and patience

If you don't know which one is best for you, you can try reading some of the successful journeys shared by members in this section below:

I use the age old adage- “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket” Go from easiest to hardest-

1. Ads
2.Affiliate
3.Product sells
4. Sell a service

To make money effectively you need to think about what your audience really wants. If you have a lot of interested readers affiliate marketing and selling digital products can work really well.
However, if you're looking at ad networks like Mediavine, you need a lot of visitors to earn good money. It's important to mix up your strategies and always focus on creating high-quality content to succeed in the long run.

I've tried most of what you mentioned—digital affiliate products, Amazon, AdSense—but with AI and full automation, I now focus only on Mediavine and AdSense.

Building Mediavine-friendly blogs with AI is much easier than affiliate marketing, especially when you automate content creation and traffic generation. It’s more passive and scalable in the long run.

Could you please tell me how much time you spent on this and how much money you're making from it?

You can make your website for dropshipping products. Then by blog you can promote your products. I think this is a good way to make money.

There are many ways to monetize a blog and you mentioned some of the most common ones
Ad revenue + Affiliate links is a basic combo that many people here are doing for years
