How do they know that this website is using Nulled theme???

When I try to see this website, it gives me this, which surprised me because I'm using nulled theme and plugins too.

Do you have an idea how this happen? and how to avoid certain problems like this when using nulled theme?

He probably downloaded a nulled theme, and the owner of who you downloaded this from adds this onto your site so you use his referral link on the 'purchase now' to buy the actual theme. (I think)

Maybe a license conflict? Maybe they have scripts to scan for and check on websites manually?
