It seems to be some redirect from a blogger site for the ones i tested. You can put in a 301 redirect script in the blogger.com html header to redirect to the website you want.

i know there is some script for blogeer
but for this sites i think there is method for upload html file content script redirected for yout website
this sites have regestred and login form i think

please help me

These are hacked websites, the same thing happened to me. They were using Blogspot as a sort of filer and they redirected it to a spammy Japanese eCommerce.

Like everyone else has told you hese are hacked websites, also nice job outing these sites in public, you're a real cool dude (-_-)
 
This has happened to me an insane amount of times with WP websites. I started using Hide my WP and it works well. Generally these can be injection attacks or they input the URL + attach their URL and then get the URL (not a page or link) indexed, send more cheap crappy links and repeat.

No, not same because this sites there is no form upload like edu & gov website
i noticed in this sites have form login and resistration !!!
 
Now you have an answer what CPA affiliate marketing really is. People are extremely greedy and will hack an infinite number of websites just to stuff their $0.2 links. Have a nice day.
