i know there is some script for blogeerIt seems to be some redirect from a blogger site for the ones i tested. You can put in a 301 redirect script in the blogger.com html header to redirect to the website you want.

Generally these can be injection attacks or they input the URL + attach their URL and then get the URL (not a page or link) indexed, send more cheap crappy links and repeat.
