How do these channels avoid copyright strikes?

I don't own or promote these channels, just need some feedback, because they're coming up on my feed everyday.

Can someone please englighten me how these channels avoid copyright strikes on using music and movie clips?
It seems the use of video clips is more than fair use would allow.


These videos and their channels have millions of views and subscribers. There are so many channels like this so it's not a random upload.

If the links are removed, some example channel names are 'Work Music Lab', 'Helios Deep' - or just search for 'work music mix' or 'deep house mix' etc.

Maybe the music, but the video is a straight out rip from Iron Man. You can see many similar videos on the channel.
