You have to understand the enormous commercial differences between so-called 'SEOs'...
Experience can make a huge difference to long-term cost, and this will reflect in higher consultation prices. It's not just the case of clicking buttons and charging different prices. Why does 1 lawyer charge $100p.h., but another $1000 ?
Then you have the tools available to a bigger agency; more powerful, reaching and bespoke... They cost more than a license of SB and SENuke!
The bottom line is; you charge according to experience, effectiveness and what the client can afford. I adopt different pricing for the same service, depending on the client and how they 'position' themselves, and what level of contact they want etc.
