Anchor text which point in my money site is "seo company in australia" If I variation my anchor text like "australia in company seo" how do penguin will consider.


Using this method can I rank quickly ??

Varying anchor text is a must but this doesn't guarantee you wont get slapped with over optimization penalty. Make use to use a lot of brand, url, generic and related anchors to be on the safe side
 
What you stated there is a very exact looking partial match anchor text. Be very careful with those.
 
They're both the same thing in Penguin's eyes. Even "top" and "best" are considered the same. Yes you can rank quickly, but may be penalized later.
 
Use synonyms and related words instead of exact keywords. Just changing the word order will not do anything, because Google fixes the English before searching/indexing.

'australia in company seo' = makes no sense at all, what are the search numbers for that ?

Same with this 'seos companies in australian' = Is never, ever going to get searched for that phrase.



Your money keyword is 'seo company in australia', but what other long tails etc did you find ? Don't list them here, just tell me the numbers of alternatives.
 
By varying the anchor text, you can rank your site quickly. You can use " best seo companies in australia " , " top seo company in australia " and with some more. But you must be careful in this.
 
How about:

Top seo companies in Australia
Best Australian seo companies

Etc
 
Hi mate here are other alternative words for SEO company in Australia
1) best SEO and SEO company in Australia
2) best SEO services Australia
3) top SEO companies in Australia
4) top 10 SEO companies in Australia
5) list of SEO companies in Australia
6) SEO companies reviews Australia

and more can be combined with the long tail keyword.
these are my suggestions which are having some high search volumes, and keyword competition also high.

You really need to mix it up and stick brand / exact domain anchors in there too though. Personally I keep to 1% exact anchors these days, the anchor isn't as important as it was say 5 years ago and your brand anchors do make a difference.
 
Why do you want to rank for "seo company in australia" if you have no idea what you're doing?
