How Do I Value My Domain

Hi guys,
first post here.

I own a couple domains which I think would be great use to someone.

I have done nothing with them but how would I go about valuing them and/or making them more valuable?

Appreciate any help!

I would put them in an auction and start them at the min. value you would like to have. You could end up with lots more.
 
Depends on a few factors if your talking about selling the name alone. If you want PM me the names and I will give you my 2 cents as I sell domains as well.

The domain name value depends on keyword, age and if its a live website. The short name domain names are often valued at high price.

So would I be able to make it more valuable by making it into a working website?
 
I think that depends on the quality of your website and still the age of the domain and ofcourse the name.
 
You gotta build them up, make them profitable, then multiply the monthly profits by a multiplier and sell it.
 
If the domain(s) is not banned by the big G, it is valuable. The simple way to valuate a domain name ( in fact, a website ) is: the revenue generated in the last 6 months X 3.
There are also other factors, such:
- PR DA PA CF;
- Backlinks;
- The name itself of the domain name ( Very important, in my opinion );

There are more factors to evaluate a domain name. These are the general factors.

Not trying to sell them on here; I've never sold a domain/site before so looking to get some knowledge before I do.

Can someone explain to me what is meant by 'PR', 'DA', 'PA', 'CF'?
Or link me to a thread that explains them?

I think my domains are gem ...others think that those names are rubbish ...when i realized that they are really not gem ...I dropped them...and a f*cking guy somewhere in Laos or Mexico grabbed it and sold at USD 4 figures .... lucky domains or bad lucky domains ...
 
DA - Domain Authority
PA - Page Authority
CF - Citation Flow
TF - Trust Flow
PR - Page Rank
