How do I upload images on insta using a proxy?

So I am trying to set up some accounts and later on use a bot to manage. But I wanna upload some pics first using a proxy but I can't seem to find out how. Can't find a way to use proxy's on bluestacks.

Do i have to change the google account I use on bluestacks too if I wanna swap insta accounts safely?
