??? How is this a productive response? I would like to explore this topic as well.. Maybe if we had some ideas as to WHERE WE MIGHT START - maybe we could actually answer your question, to our original question, that you never answered, with your question posed as an answer ???
CPA networks are dying by the day? oh wow, thats great news! what are the major networks? why are they dying? how long has this been going on? what is the underlining issues or trends? any well known information sites or forums where someone might WANT TO START ??? hmmm

Hard pill to swallow but it's reality... Low quality of leads, offers are becoming an eyesore to people, competition, business models, etc.
And if you don't have a couple of MIL stored up somewhere, don't even think about starting, there's so much more that goes on, it's not just leads and consumers, you gotta ensure quality and gain a reputation to be trusted and security to ensure that leads do meet the requirements and aren't just some fake ass information.
You probably are BROKE and thinking about this, companies invested millions and still went bankrupt.

With an attitude like that who's going to work with you... There's so many ways to complain about how you responded to this thread, and if constructive criticism gets a response like that you should try stick to Instagram follower's generators...
If you have the connections to pump in some leads, the cash BTB referenced you'd essentially need to stay afloat until those leads start coming in... If you've got the connections to provide you those offers and a platform for users to interact with... Man is there any point on me finishing this message?

If you can develop the whole platform yourself, fund your publishers payments for the first month or so, if you can connect and keep advertisers on board and so much more... Then you won't be needing 6 figures.

Maybe Im wrong but... you have White label platforms to manage affiliates, you can partnership with other networks for their offers and get extracomission for volumen.
You can start with a few great offers, help to grow your affiliates and increase offers and affiliates...
If you are doing well with an offer, subniche... You can specialize in it to start.

One of my very close friends irl owns a cpa network. There are multiple facets to the business. It’s not just make a website, find pubs, find offers, then make millions.
the best realistic way to start would be if you own some offers yourself, like have some dtc products/brands that have affiliate programs attached. You would need to build your own tracking system for attribution, then leverage that to expand with clients and pubs.
you have to sign up brands, sign up pubs, deal with fraud mitigation etc. you can bootstrap it but it’s not an easy game to be in. There are easier ways to make money in this space with an arguably larger upside.
