Hello everyone, I have created a platform for SEO individuals and team/agencies. (It is subscription based)

I am SEO specialist myself for more than 5 years and made a platform which could solve a real problem for this niche.

But the problem is that SEOs ignore emails and LinkedIn messages very easily and can know when someone is trying to sell.
Another problem is that there is no search for my platform since it's a brand new tool that no one has worked on it.

I have tried messaging on LinkedIn and got my old account restricted, banned on Reddit twice and emails are getting me no where!

I sincerely need your help with getting customers to my platform (Any platform or a way that would work with SEOs) and would appreciate any advice.

Thank you in advance.

The three channels failed for the same reason, so switching between them keeps producing the same result. In all three you arrive as a stranger who speaks first about a product, and each of those places is built to punish exactly that. The restriction and the bans weren't bad luck, they were the shape of the approach.

You've also named the real constraint yourself. Nobody searches for your tool, so demand can't be captured, it has to be borrowed from where the problem is already being discussed. That means answering the problem where people describe it, without the tool in the message. It comes up when somebody asks what you'd use, and by then a name that has been answering for weeks doesn't trip the same defences. Worth separating one thing before spending more effort though, since a hundred messages with zero replies and a hundred clicks with zero signups are different failures, and only the second one is about the product.

Best,
Floqal

You're trying to market to marketers. That's your biggest fallacy.

It is notoriously difficult to market to people who are into marketing themselves via outreach.

Outbound will barely work, inbound is the only one that will work.

Create content around SEO. Establish authority in the niche. Get published in sites within the SEO niche. Rank for keywords. Get reviews.

They need to come to you. You'll barely ever reach them with outbound.

It seems like a market positioning problem. People won't buy something that they don't need. If they need something, they'll search for it, talk about it, and ask questions about it in communities. That's the 3 open channels where you can promote your product.

How about finding some influencers in your niche and giving them tool to them for free, get them to review it and promote to their followers.

How many emails have you sent?

Usually it's a case of you're not doing nowhere near enough volume.

For a new product, a conventional approach to marketing and promotion is usually ineffective. Instead, participate as a user, offering trial experiences and feedback. This is far more effective than simply advertising without providing proof of the product's quality.

Solving the problem publicly first can bring users to the tool without making every interaction feel like a sales pitch
Hey, thanks. What do you mean solving publicly?

But SEO won't work in this case since no one searches for it and creating irrelevant content is not a good idea.

Thanks but even on Reddit I can not mention the product, they'll ban the account right away and on X everyone is a problem solver and no one has any problems

Hey, thank you, this is a good idea, I tried to reach out to some of them seems like no one checks their emails yet.
But thanks again this was a new idea.

not more than 200 but I don't think it will get any traction if I do it in volume, will it? For this niche I mean.

I've been doing this for 2 months and no one is up to try it. I tried friendly and professional approaches.

That’s a good point. Providing value first can definitely make the interaction feel more natural.
That’s right. Because when you do help first, you’re going to feel less like you’re trying to promote yourself, This takes a lot more time, but it tends to be a lot more effective.

Id focus less on selling the tool directly and more on showing SEOs how it solves a specific problem Free trials case studies short demo videos and useful content around that problem could work better than cold DMs SEO communities also respond better when you contribute first instead of leading with a pitch

Go for local business in person; that is the best method today. Also, compare their SEO with competitors...

Is it true, as they say, that advertising on LinkedIn costs more than on other platforms? I wonder if they’ve actually tested it. I wanna try post on linkedin
