my friends want to ask ya, I have hosting from your hosting provider in the USA, then I want to ask, if we can rent it to another hosting? then how can I make can be rented out to other people, with the Division of cpanel singly, and with its own password, or are there any other systems to sell hosting to others? Thanks a lot for the answer.

I would try hostgator reseller hosting.. it's cheap and a nice stable reputable company

you need a reseller hosting plan or VPS plan to sell cpanel account with separate password. you can have multiple reseller or VPSs. start with a good reseller plan and gradually increase your clientele.

It should also be noted that it can be a pretty hard market to break in to.

Look up reseller hosting. However, it's really hard to get new clients with tons of hosting providers out there and you setting up a new one while being off say Hostgtor's or Hostwind's back is easy. Getting the clients is the hard part.

If you've already got people who want to get your hosting, then I'd say you're off to a great start!
