I want to scrape the top 10 results for a list of keywords, and then within those results, search for blogs or blogrolls. How would I do that?

One way is you could use the Page Scanner Addon, and scan the URL's source code for specific strings of text. http://www.scrapebox.com/page-scanner

On the Add/Edit footprints window create a new footprint and call it anything such as Wordpress Blogroll, then add

    /wp-content/ %and% xoxo blogroll
    /wp-content/ %and% >blogroll<
    /wp-content/ %and% >blog roll<
    /wp-content/ %and% menu-friends-container

The %and% is a token that tells it both /wp-content/ and xoxo blogroll must be in the page for it to mark it as found, if only one is found it wont flag the URL. This just fine tunes it to eliminate false positives, i just tested these footprints and they work quite good:
