How do I scrap usernames on Instagram likes, comments and followers and also how do I scrap usernames based on categories or niche.

Using Python with Selenium

Python or an easier way is to use python but outsource the scraping to an API

For scraping, you have a few options:


1. Scrape using Python scripts, as one of the guys mentioned here.


2. Look for some Chrome extensions to do web scraping (though they might not always capture all the data you can get via mobile API scraping).


3. Use tools like Su Social or Jarvee—add scrapers, proxies, and run everything on a Windows system or VPS.

Some existing panels for that, but if you want to integrate other features to it, you can have your own scraping tool coded for the task.
 
There are many extensions you can use, such as IG Follower Export Tools. For the most secure setup, you should create antidetect browser profiles for each account

I don’t think there is any service available that collects the information you’re asking for and then sends mass emails. First, you need to collect profiles and emails. After that, you can use email marketing services. If you have any sort of script, you can run it to send a specific message.
