How do I remove top ranked negative review on amazon?

I have a product with 600 positive reviews and one super negative review. The product was on TV and they told a bunch of lies about it. This was years ago and obviously the Amazon NPCs keep upvoting this bs review so it stays on top, even though the product has 4.5/5 rating.
Recently I tried blasting this review with reports, which removed it but now its back and Im told blasting upvotes to other reviews or spam reports on the negative review doesn't work any longer.
What works now and how do I do it, short of starting with a new product, losing my #1 organic position and 600 reviews so far? There has got to be a way right?
Obviously the reviews are ranked according to upvotes, so why is upvote spamming to positive reviews not working to put them on top?

My thinking is that your upvotes, purchased or real, do not come from accounts that have any juice.

I'd open a thread in the hire a freelancer subforum and pay someone, after chatting with them to make sure they knew what they were doing, to upvote a handful of your positive ones.

On the other hand, as someone who buys from Amazon fairly frequently, the one negative review against the 600 positive ones would mean next to nothing to me.

You could either contact Amazon to remove the feedback or contact the person who posted it
