I bought a site from marketplace here and they published few test pages with lorem-ipsum in url slug, and apparently they got indexed. I removed those pages, infact I removed all pages and content the marketplace seller gave me coz they were bullshit. I published few pages and posts of my own but when I do site:site.com index search, those bullshit pages are on top. is there way to remove pages from index?

Just try to use "Fetch as google" in Google Search Console, to reindex the pages. This could probably help.

I'm pretty sure if they are no longer there, then they will soon disappear. 301ing the original url to your homepage may speed up the process.

delete the test pages, give them a 410 error "gone" and apply for deleting by google
