You should contact your cloaking service to ask them to help you about it, maybe it's not even possible in some cases

to be honest you dont even have to cloak the pixel and do crazy stuff, just add the pixel to your BH site normally and cloak the link . unless ur domain is blocked by TikTok itself which would be highly unlikely , you wont have any issues
