How do i promote a streaming site

If after per say 5-10 DMCA requests you change domain and redirect traffic will the DMCA disappear until they do it again to the new domain?
Personally only like 15 percent of my traffic is from google organic, the rest is referral and organic social just wondering tho.

Any redirect will initially be ok (as otherwise you could just get some DMCA'd domains and point them to a site you want to take down) but any 'black marks' from the original domain will follow, so subsequent DMCAs on the new domain will result in quicker removal of said domain. 1. Pay influencers with real followers to promote your streaming site. Use this method if you have substantial amount of money upfront.
2. Create a question like this "How to watch *Insert Movie Title* online for free ??" on relevant Subreddits using 1 account and answer it yourself using another account.
3. Do the same as thing as method 2 on relevant Facebook groups but dont share direct links because Facebook is quick to detect and ban movie streaming links.

bro seo on a movies streaming site ?? really ?? its doesn't make sense. the more your site ranked in google the more dmca issues you have to face. just use social media traffic power. if you dont know anything about that. ib me i will teach you each and everything .

By "change the extension" are you referring to something like this? :
http://example.com/movie-title.php --> change to --> http://example.com/movie-title.html

Yes correct, or you could also do domain.to --> domain1.to
