I create like 1 min long movie edits with my own little twist, and then pin a comment telling them watch the movie free in my bio. But on Tiktok I just spam the top comments because they removed the pin feature.

By 'movie streaming website', are you meaning you are providing your own videos on the site, or copied movies? If it's third party copyrighted content, you'll have a hard time promoting one site as you'll get hammered with DMCAs whenever you start ranking for anything. This is why the movie niche is usually focussed on parasites, which they then use to forward users on to their own sites.

If he creates a home page with no copyrighted content and then whenever many "movie urls" get dmca he can change the extension for the movie pages won't that be okay? Since the home page won't ever get DMCA since it is just text and he can just change the extensions for all the internal pages whenever he has a lot of dmca requests
