Installing Pinokio and then Fooocus on it is also a good choice for image generation from text if you have decent hardware. Many sites online for image generations are totally not free forever.

u are right foocus it a good option for high quality image
 
You don't even need Runway or a tool to animate it...I took a look at the first video, 99% of the video are just static photos, you can generate them for free on Microsoft Designer, BingAI or Gemini
 
Canva - Add images in canva, Add transitions between images and make the video - Simple.
