Reset the device ID, it's one of the simplest things for them to detect along with your ip. Device id, iPhone, clear cache and cookies, and switch browsers. Those are the best steps if you intend to create in bulk. You may be able to get away with a few, but eventually the footprint gets recognized. Probably best if you're doing it manually, to just get a script to have everything changed in on instance so you're not having to do each step 1 by 1.

if you want to run 4 accounts so you have to need 4 different devices for safety.then you have to need real information for this 4 accounts if any problem then you can submit that documents.

Definitely. I couldn't see myself going thru all that trouble for something that you can buy for $1, and some places cheaper than that.
