How do I make money from Reddit with an account of 12k karma?

You can't earn money with a 12k account unless you sell it. You can use an account to promote some product of yours, but for that it doesn't matter that much how much Karma you have, as long as you have enough to post on every subreddit.
 
I don't know if it's popular anymore, but there was a market for high karma accounts back in 2021-2022. I believe these accounts were used to promote altcoins and other investments.

It depends on your niche , only post on right community/subreddit .
You can create and build your subreddit , but it's a long-term mate .

I once posted an Amazon affiliate link in one of skin care sub which I am member of, if you are signed up as amazon affiliate, amazon generally generate sharable link to product with your I'd, since I had used that product and it was shared with pure interntion to help fellow user, still product made like 20 sales and it was easiest 20 buks I ever made, but didn't scale that.

What is a PIN post?
 
A single account is not worth that much, you can sell it for around $40 or use it to advertise something, but in the second case it may get banned and you might not make much. The safer and better option is just to sell the account.
