You have to focus on your organic traffic and not only focus on rankings.Also focus on your keywords and conversations.

Are the right pages getting found? Do visitors click, sign up, contact you, or buy?

If traffic is growing but nothing useful happens after landing, the SEO numbers may look better than the business result.
