I recently noticed that my competitor get links from sites like: http://www.ub.edu/feinaub/estudiants_links.html
http://www-personal.umich.edu/~lpt/links.htm
https://awww.ukdctn.org/careers/students/graduatejobs/working-abroad/africa-and-middle-east.aspx
https://careersplus.bcu.ac.uk/international-students/working-outside-the-uk

Does anyone have any idea how i can get those types of backlinks, thanks in advance.

Do not bother to build links from such sites, they are spammy af.
Look at the OBL, I'd stay a mile away from 'em!

May they got paid backlinks from these sites. But i really suggest u to get backlinks relevant to your niche it is not necessary to got the link from above site
