facebook now a days is much smarter so whatever you will do please do it in safe way means just try to add 50 to 100 people a day, don't accept too many request in 1 day, let your ids little mature so they can't look like bot ids.If your not targeting any location, create a hot chick account then join groups that are from india or pakistan and do comments or post on the group. I'm sure you will then get a lot of requests

Still not sure what is your reason to add friends, are you trying to promote something or something else? If at all is promoting something why risk adding so many fiends without any reason.
