My facebook have been locked without any reason. I mailed to facebook support but havent got any response yet. Huhu. Help me

I don’t know why, I creat another account, and come to my old fb to add my friends, then I couldn’t do anything else
Nope I haven’t advertised anything in my fb, just prepared for that
)I creat a new one and then add friends from my old fb, then they block me

I think you should send friend requests from your old account to your new account. Then, go to your new account and add those friends. I would recommend adding less than 10 friends in 1 day to warm up account.

It is not clear whether you were banned because of opening that second account, or did you open that second account in the meantime, after getting banned?
If you opened an account with the same name, photo etc, that might be the reason they ban you.
If you were banned before that, just have patience, corona aside, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get a response from them.
Miracles do happen tho as once they banned me and lifted it like 3 times in 5 days. other times i was waiting for weeks like everybody else.

You will see different options to unlock the account like by recognizing photos of friends.

If it's your real account with original name and date of birth then facebook will open it. I am unable to post a link here so google search "submit id proof on facebook". Click the first link and upload some kind of ID proof like passport, driver's license and add your facebook email there. If everything is fine , facebook will re-open it within 48hrs
