I have tried multiple times and have failed to get accepted. Any tips?
Read the sticky in the cpa section by pofecker. Just rephrase what he wrote in the description box that requires you to describe your method of promotion.

It's easy to be accepted by adscendmedia, just apply and send them an email about your promotion method and you in.
