haha i think its funny hence the lol. erm yeah if you search for lk web designs they are above me because of domain name age and plus that's the url name without the (-) I now have more back links than them so i am hoping the more I get the quicker I over take them.
They also didn't like my gumtree ad further down the listings for lk web designs (laugh out loud) ;-)
they need to prove 3 things in court for passing off
1) Goodwill owned by a trader - (they dont have any reputation in the web world, I have never heard of them)
2) Misrepresentation - (My site is different its better and i clearly state my location in the 1st line of my paragraph)
3) Damage to goodwill - (Haven't received any clients yet so have not caused any damges)
