It just depends how you present your case to them and how assertive you are.
I am also from India, and I am happy that my parents didnt have any problems whatsoever with the internet marketing business model.
I have now a 600 square feet office with a team of 12 people working in the company. It just about making that start and being tough at the start for what you want to achieve, and you should definitely achieve your dreams !
If you are thinking how to employ people, you can simply talk to placement agencies and use their services to hire people, you do have to pay them some fee for their services.

man really this thread is hilarious. this dork says "It doesnt even have to make me profit" so you want employees and an office and to be "boss" just to look cool and not to make money? Stick to what your parents are telling you kid
Just like everybody's response to the above matter, those are your options. But here's another one to consider if you want to try.
"Hi Mom, Dad. I want to let you know that I'm doing well in earning a living. I am a SALES PERSON for a company that I'm working at."
*Grab a friend for this to work with you. If your parents aren't convinced, tell them to call your friend who pretends to be your boss. Have him say a few good word about you, stuff like that.
*If they're still not convinced, they might be asking about where you're working from, tell them this:
"Uh, they hired me after I asked a few friends to help me get a job. Their main HQ office is in another district (like Mumbai or New Delhi or something but make sure that its really super far in India). They call me on my phone (if you have one) for any sales job assignment like handing out flyers all over <insert name of your area here>, and grabbing sales leads. I earn really big commissions here, Mom."
*Turn to her. Moms are usually very supportive.
