Get somebody on Fiverr.com to do voice over for your script (You will need somebody to write everything and provide with a script to read).
Get membership in Stock Videos sites such as - artgrid.io - this is to get the videos for each scene to match the script.
For video effects, either get video editor or you can use templates for monthly membership on sites like animoto.com magisto.com - you don't need video editing skills or program for these sites.

adobe premier is my best choice and I tried so many. Yes it is hard to use and there is a long leading period but it’s worth it IMO if you plan to make some good numbers or videos ... it amazes me that at this time in 2020 or 2021 there is still a big lack of apps that can save you big headache and make it easy for you to create a video. I have used the apps mentioned above, they are ok but they are not used by professionals.
It took me months to learn adobe premier and I’m still not a pro, it took me weeks to figure out how to make the same videos suitable for Instagram or YouTube or Vimeo or Facebook... you can’t use same one for all and it is complicated to change them to each one. I came to a point that I had to use adobe Rush to convert same video to YouTube and Instagram but of course I needed to do some changes to the text, pics, video itself ... make it smaller or bigger ... so it can look nice on each different platform. If I have just depended on some apps to do this, the outcome will look very silly like huge face or text missing ...
I actually had some idea for an app or site that can make money from the misery I have had with videos editing and still have. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one as I’m now pretty advance in my skills LOL.
Anyway, the video you posted is very long, very slow in presenting the info, boring, mostly stupid IMO! I would never watch such video, very loooong, you have to learn how to attract viewers and not let them get bored. And that is an art, it’s not even about editing the video, it’s about planning the whole story before you start editing, making it interesting and engaging ... and this alone takes hours and hours of work.

1. Search on google for your keyword, dont write by your own, take the first page result, n use it as script by slightly editing it to ft the video.(at the bottom of the video, give credit to the site)
2. Use speechleo or any other voice software to generate audio files.
3. Use Pixabay to collect free stock videos with 1080pixels videos, if you go below that while uploading to youtube, you'll not get HD quality itself.
4. Make thumbnail using canva.com and export it and add relavant keywords on the thumbnail properties
5. Use a Video editor to make your video.
(dont forget to add BG music)
6. Upload to youtube
