How do I Backlink?

Well the title pretty much explains it all! I just created my gaming website and I use MyBB format for it. So I want to get more traffic but I'm a noob when dealing with this Black Hat Back-linking SEO stuff. So any help would be appreciated! Please don't think I'm begging you guys to join just need good advice!!

You seo your page by including the keywords your ranking for. Have you done your keyword research? It's pretty important. If your trying to rank for the keyword "gaming" then forget about. If you are competing for "extreme gaming for senior citizens" on the other hand, then you might have some success in ranking your site.

You are just going to make things easier for google to penalise you if you do that. It should look as if someone else has been backlinking to your site and not yourself. Retain from using the same articles as on your money sites.

Write 2-3 articles and spin them to make 50 or so articles. You can use the free version of spinnerchief and manually spin them if you don't own a software currently. Look for tutorials on this matter.

Well my websites name is Gaming Plaza Forums so I think that is a decent name but I don't know where I can put my keywords in my website. Not sure where to locate and stuff them all in at lol.

You should really edit your website out.. What is your forum about? Gaming forum might be too broad... So just say your forum is about "gaming forum halo lore" for example it'll be easier to rank.

OP you left the forum address on another forum (HF) and I just took a look.

You do not need to do any SEO at this stage. You need to populate the forum with threads and users.

The only way to get a forum going without spending a ton of money is hire posters and
post valuable guides that bait people in.

Are you from HF's lol? So basically I need to do a bunch of post myself and try to invite friends that invite other friends? Then later on do backlinks correct?

Screw SEO... He got Kobe Bryant to register at his forums! As soon as Kobe tweets the URL, his forums are going VIRAL!

On a more serious note, OP. Ignore the comments about posting articles to sites (especially Blogger, if you're talking about anything, Blackhat!), as Blogger is owned by Google, and articles linking back to an empty site would seem a bit strange.

You can outsource the work or make threads/posts yourself (manually or using tools) and create a few hundred/thousand fake accounts/members to make your forum seem popular.
Once it looks active, then start dropping the link on other sites, once you have a couple of hundred genuine users, then maybe start an SEO campaign.
Start up a YT channel with gaming videos and also start other social accounts too.
Maybe even start your own clan.
Make sure you have analysed the competition as you have entered a tough/competitive niche.
