also depends what you're calling 3rd world countries. I'm pretty liberal with that term - cambodia, ukraine, moldova, colombia, morocco, georgia for example are all 3rd world imo. I know it's probably not abiding by the strict definition of the term.

I wouldnt fuck around in south africa, venezuela, honduras, certain parts of mexico etc.

Technically, the term "3rd world country" no longer means anything in 2018.

If you want ABSOLUTE privacy ONLINE, then it is close to, or perhaps impossible. Anything you were doing online could be tracked. If you don't want anyone to track you online, just turn off your PC and phone.

But if you need more privacy, such as avoiding ad tracking, from Google, Facebook etc, then this site might help and personally it helps me a lot in the past few months:

Hey guys, i trust all is good with you.
My question is?

Does anybody know how to insert a video of Girl in video-call whatsup ?
exmaple someone calling me in whatsup, instead i show up? i would rather put a video that he can see instead of myself.

i know this is possible but i don t know how to replace camera of mobile into a Registered Video in my mobile.

Your help would be very appreacited.
