How do I absolutely make sure I can't be tracked online?

Disposable laptop, public wi-fi ( avoid bars and such, public as possible ), and tails ( or cube ).
Once online act differently; don't visit same websites, logins, don't write the same like before, same emoticons, etc...
Once done ditch everything.

If you buy stuff; use monero or somesuch.

Give up on VPN's, "private browser", proxies and rest of bs.

There are some ways but more knowledge, more secure! ;)

This can't be done in most modern cities. In London there is most certainly a camera that got all your activity on tape.

that's why you do it in 3rd world countries. If you're about to make huge money with huge risk, you take every precaution.

So far Im thinking of using multiple browsers and several vpns

Things im thinking about but dont necessarily have the knowledge to do anything about is hiding the MAC address and CPU identifier.

Are there any other things I can do or do i have to jsut use a different device?
Go to Starbucks, boot from a kali Linux live USB, use the tor browser.

In 3rd world countries you get mugged instantly if you are seen with a notebook computer or even so much as a mobile phone.

Getting to learn quite a few things from this thread, new operating system and browser. Let me research about them further.

Turn off the Internet and Relax. The only way you can make sure noone is tracking you :D :D

EpicBrowser to block trackers, they have a built-in VPN too but it's really slow. So EpicBrowser + your own VPN, and maybe a VPS.

Linux OS with some extra tweaks.

Or TOR/Onion whatever.

As far as I know that a VPS and a virtual machine along with vpn can work fine. But if you still have any doubt about anonymity you can go by the method suggested by members.

traveled through 20+ 3rd world countries, never been mugged.

Only real way to do that now a days is employing the Ron Swanson method...

Smash your laptop / desktop to bits and toss in the garbage, cease using the internet for the rest of your life. :P

If they want that data they will get it, if they cant get it they will set you up / extort it out of you. Safe browsing my friends, stay thirsty

Stay offline.

Like i said, The Ron Swanson

Throw-away laptop w/end-to-end encryption from boot + Tails OS on a Live CD w/T.OR & no additional plugins/logins/etc that can identify you + Public WiFi. VPN is not needed, as a VPN provider will report your activity (to save their own skin) if requested by authorities. VPN = Privacy. VPN != Anonymity.
