I'm thinking about buying 4G modem for Wi-FI router, then pay for internet every month and use that internet on few Android mobile phones. 1 account = 1 phone, but they all going to share same 4G internet via wi-fi.
Not just the mobile provider will be the same for all devices connected to the hotspot, but what's more important, the ip address too. The devices might be different, but those accounts will be linked by their ip from the get go, so you need to pay extra caution, what you do with them. A family can share the same wifi network, so it's not an issue by default, if accounts use the same ip, but everyday people don't pull blackhat stunts with their accounts. Obviously you can change the ip, because 4G uses dynamic ip, while this ip will be new, it will be the same again for all devices.
it's not a big problem to buy used mobile phone that supports wi-fi, they cost less than 25$
my plan was to restart router before turning on next phone. that should do the trick. It's not like im going to watch youtube or serf fb 5h/day it should not be a problem.
That should do it, but if you forget it just once...
Depending on the social media platform, they check your device connection. Information such as whether you are on WI-FI or Mobile data is shared. If you connect to a WIFI, your device will most likely send information that specifies that is using WI-FI along with the IP address which most likely will be the same as other devices connected to your modem that uses 4G data. That in most cases in not a problem, because other people could have the same IP assigned too due to the nature of mobile data. In terms of street address, no it won't show your street. It could even show a different city because 1) you don't own the IP that is assigned to you 2) that IP is not static and 3) your ISP base can be in different location.
They will not see your geolocation (disable gps on the phones tho). If you restart the modem every time for a new phone, then you're safe
