How difficult is it to see into a private account?

I know in the past, a few years ago there where Websites, but they don’t work since years.
Is there a „easy“ way to look into private Accounts or do I have to be an Anonymous Hacker for this?

Was this ever a thing? I always thought that services who advertise this are always selling something you something or getting you to sign up to something. I always lumped them up together with the "download our X-ray app!". Unless you have internal access to IG's infra, I doubt that you can do this? I think it would be easier to just social engineer your way by creating a legit-looking account and then sending a follow request than "hacking" your way in.

yeah this has never been a thing, a private account is a private account. No way to even hack into it unless you're hacking the actual IG and logging in yourself.
 
There isn't a legitimate or ethical way to access private accounts without permission. it was never a thing
 
I don't think it's possible, just create a pseudo account and follow the account you want to view
 
Not possible, you can't do it at all. No websites can help you.
