Yep we can reapply but the problem arises for my articles, most of my articles are embedded with amazon affiliate links.
It would be a pain to change all those links after a reapply and to mention amazon's Onelink registrations.

It is impossible to not get 3 sales in 6 months if you have good content, on page and the right keywords.
