how did u quite cigratte

I got into smoking due to peer pressure and now I am finding it hard to quit. Not going to totally quit it anytime soon that's for sure. I have tried vaping but I just cant get used to it.

Someone here mention a weed and I agree with him!

I am sure that in future when the world awake and figure out that cigarettes are full with GMO and they kill you slowly, that they swap them with Cannabis. The problem with the Cannabis is the price and the counter propaganda, but did scholars agree with that? :)

According to the statistics, no one die from or overdose from Cannabis, but from the other side there are millions of people who die every year from the cigarettes! Is this sound logically? :D

You my Sire, are awesome!!

The thing is a mid-work-day cigarette is VERY different from a mid-work-day joint XD

Lots of people treat their addictions (heroin, alcoholism, gambling) with psychadelics like Psilocybin, LSD, DMT, Ayahuasca or Iboga... And success rate is up to 75% in freeing people from addictions

I didn't, I smoke 3 cigs per day.

1 with morning coffee, one after lunch and one after gym.

If I die from those 3 cigs per day let it be so :D

Been smoking for 10 years, then switched to vaping. I was able to quit for 6 months then one day i was really drunk and a friend gave me a stick of cigar. Ruined the 6 months smoking lol. Now im smoking for 2 months but with limited amount only daily since I also vape most of the time.

Same kept happening to me... I had about 10 failed attempts at quiting smoking...Everytime I drunk I ended up smoking again....it wasn't until I gave up drinking that I could finally beat the addiction

That is the answer for all mental illness dude! :)

I have watch some documentary move about the LSD and I have discover that this chemical compound is not in fact a drug, but something that can really help you to unlock the other brain cells and enter in to another realm. LSD in fact can help you to awake your spirit i.e. to connect with your spirit and feel another world inside of you!

The country of origin is India. In the distant past, people use this ''drug'' when they want to go in to deeper level of meditation! ;)

i got lung water and allmost died because of smoking , got open chest surgery to removed all the solidified water from my lung , after 4 weeks since the surgery i started smoking again for about 1 month , but my radiography , ct scan didnt show up good so i had to quit for good this time , 4 month free since :D

I'm trying to quit also. I used to smoke a pack a day. Since I started vaping a couple months ago I've dropped down to about 4-5 cigs a day usually only after a meal or while taking a dump :) just buy yourself a vape kit and give it a go. Good luck!

It's pretty much trying to find another habit to consume your smoking one.

Every single time you want to have a cigarette, pinch your ballsack REALLY, REALLY HARD.

Eventually, you won't want a smoke.. now will you?

There are no so many simple and effective ways to do something or NOT to do. But I must confess Allen Carr's method works perfectly.
BUT there is one condition the method doesn't work without. You must be really eager to drop smoking. I mean it's not just "Everybody says smoking is a bad habit. Should I maybe quit?". Nope, you must be seriously tired of smoking. If you don't feel rejection of smoking or even like it - don't waste your time to read this book, it wount work.
By the way, I had smoked for 15 years, 20-30 cigaretts a day. I read the book. Now I haven't been smoking for 6 years.

I still haven't quit, however, I use to smoke about 20 - 30 cigarettes a day for about 7 years, I transitioned to rollies (self roll cigarettes - purchase the filters, tabaco & paper separately, then roll each cigarette yourself) and I've cut down A LOT, I smoke around 5 a day now, some weekends when I'm at my parents I'll smoke nothing as I'm too busy to roll them, I commit to only rolling one when I want to smoke so this prevents me from having ready-to-smoke cigarettes with me. Also, I keep all my "smoking gear" in a container which is too large for me to carry around into restaurants and bars etc so whenever I go out, I also don't smoke. Try it :)

Oh and I've tried going "cold turkey" and just stopping, it didn't work, I ended up back on 20 - 30 a day, my suggestion is doing the rollies thing and slowly transition to less and less every day, till you decide to stop on your own.

I made myself sick (by accident) with nicotine patches and that put me off long enough to stop my cravings. I also took up running as a hobby, which definitely helped.

Was Difficult at first but I think over time as you see the added benefits of quitting it will keep you motivated.

stop smoking is easy, i have stopped like 3 times in the past 6 years :D staying away is too hard
