how did u quite cigratte

just stopp. Its the want to pursue and when you want it, you can do it. Stop for 14 days and you are good to go. Its hard in the beginning, but remember always the good side of quitting. I stopped together with my mom.

Do you use a vaper? Can you recommend any brand or something, i would like to try this...

I previously tried eCigs/electronic cigarettes but they were rubbish
I just recently started vaping a month or two ago, currently using products from this company, essentially a starter kit for vaping:

There is a huge market with lots of different equipment, I am looking at Vape Mods next, these give off more Vapor.

I don't believe in all that BS, if you want to quit, you put the cigar down and quit. It will be tough, but well worth it.

All the books and fluffy stuff are for high school kids.

for me think is hard to quit irony ..i also sometimes workout ......
if i never smoke like don't have the mood to workout irony....

This is all about want you want. All i can say is that you don't want it enough to quit. If you really wanted you'd quit a long time ago. This states not for smoking only - everything, and IM too.
I don't believe that is a habbit and you get addicted to it, it's all in your head, like you say it help you to get off from stress, you believed in this and this work - self-hypnosis.

What can also help you can assing some "thruth" to it - i spend MONEY for something to harm (kill), get sick me. So health, money, bad attitude or something you maybe pick yourself.

This book also helped me to stop smoking (Around 4 years ago) - it had a really good analogy relating to how smoking is really tricking your body and in actual fact when you think you want a cigarette its just your subconscious telling you it wants to top up its levels of nicotine - that just made me want to fight the craving because I felt like I was out of control of the habit.

And also my partner helped a lot purely because she kept nagging me every single day to stop!!

I am actually facing the same problem , it's just I am not ready to quit smoking . I minimized it to few cigarettes a day like 2-4 and I am doing good for couple weeks now . Hope that I can quit in near future and not smoke at all .

Around August last year, I was at 25 cigs per day sometimes much more. I reduced that until my co-worker who smoked about the same just quit in September.
At first I was like who gives a fuck, but carrying two water boxes to second floor and sounding like a steam machine at the age of 32 made me think.
I slowly started with working out, going to the gym, reduced smoking some more.

In January this year I smoked my last at work on lunch break and decided I won't buy any more cause I don't like to smoke any more. Also I was pissed that my co-worker stoped before me, so that maybe has speed up that descision.

I guess that's the point, you want to smoke or you don't. If you don't want than don't do it. It's like staying focused on building your site / business what ever.

So far I can say for me it was a good descision that improved my life and living quality.
For those interested in numbers, just for fun I tracked it with a smoke free app.

Btw, how is the smell from these vapors? Better to handle then regular cigarette smoke?

I used a vaporizer to give up smoking close to two years ago, but I still use a vaporizer. I managed to stop in two days after about 13 years of smoking also smoked around 40/50 a day.

It depends on the flavour if you use a mint the vapour will smell minty etc.

There is no smell with the product I use, the taste is in the vapor.
Depending on what mixture you are using there can be a subtle smell but it is much less noticeable than cigarette smoke.

Come first to the electronic cigarette. Then fall: this week 20 cigarettes a day. The following week - 19 cigarettes per day. And so until you reach the one cigarette a day. And there and throw

Agree with you bro, Initially go to electronic cigarette
continuously reduce the number of cigarettes per day
Its the most effective way to quite smoking

Trying Cigar will be a better option you will get tired of smoking and will stop sometime , or TRY weed :P

I used to smoke 1 to 2 packs a day for 7 years and just a month ago I stopped completely.

You need to have a strong reason to quit smoking, otherwise you will fall and light it up again. I wanted to quit smoking few times before, but I was unsuccessful.

It's not about money or health. I really couldn't care less when somebody told me it's not healthy, but in back of my head I knew it's not doing good either. I was afraid of change.

The real reason why I quit smoking is because I wanted to GROW and because it's harder way! Each day I want to be stronger and stronger with my mind, body and IM, because it's all I have really. The fact that most smokers can't fucking quit inspires me.

P.S Try out nicotine patches, it helps alot.

JUST DO IT....

You simply have to make up your mind that you're going to overcome all the cravings and JUST STOP. First two weeks are toughest. After that it is "easier"...not easy, but not as tough. As for getting by the daily grind of wanting a cig...I personally "smoked" carrots and celery sticks. Crazy I know, but it did work for me. Gave me something to do with hands and then I could chomp on them too.

Really though it's just a matter of using your brain to control your actions. Just say NO and keep saying it. It gets easier as you go....

The weird part comes down the road as you have dreams about smoking. You wake up thinking you've screwed up and had a cigarrette, but then realize it was just a dream! Ha ha!!

But...YOU CAN QUIT. You just have to want to. Don't look at it for what you're losing, but rather what you're gaining...Good health, more money, smell better, etc...

Good luck.
