Messing with .gov websites can get you sued and even arrested.

This is the pdf method using authority sites such as .edu as parasites. You upload a pdf in .gov/.edu sites (search around for the full method) . Indexing fast is the hardest part in this method , too much work for little money if you don't know to index real quick...
