How create free accounts for Netflix with PHP

Im new here and I speak spanish but I will try explain my surprise about a website.

cuentasnetflix moc (letter "moc" backwards)

if you can see the system will send an email and then with a link then click on that link and you will receive you account (email and password) for access netflix. (your email and IP are validated)

I want that script and php for my website, is possible? some guy can help me?
