How Create Elementor theme and sell it without coding?!

Hi,
I'm not a Developer with advance programming skills, but I'm a webmaster for more than 10 years and know how to change codes to get my suitable results!
The thing is, I have an Idea for creating a WordPress theme and sell it on a marketplace like themeforest or another alternatives.
But I don't have idea how can create a professional theme which can sell to another people.
My Idea about it is, create some templates and kits in Elementor as prebuilt demo. Then find a WordPress Elementor theme with a similar structure and change it's one click demo importer and plugin installer and license verification system, and sell that!
Can I do something like this ? Do i need to do some additional steps ? Is there any idea that can help me to don't use other themes and create a theme with prebuilt codes with the structure i mentioned? Any guide and suggestions will help me a lot. Thank you

I was about to ask the same question yesterday.

I think Elementor Pro can help you/me in this. Pro have the option to add header, footer, posts, pages design.

The thread is mine, so the main person who doesn't know is me :D
But i think the first two steps is done, 1-asking the right questions to plan what we want 2- we know the design will be done by elemntor kit

You can search too and share your research to complete this process together
 
There are a few courses available on Udemy that explain step by step how to build WP themes to sell on marketplaces such as Themeforest.

Yeaaaa Udemy. Totally forgot them
 
Nothing found about Elementor premium WordPress theme, there are about fully WordPress coding, or just design a website with Elementor
 
Creating theme is a whole coding thing, You can sell the designs making by the elementor which Should be fast in speed and should be responsive to all devices
