How come my sub domain cannot be search on google

A sub.domain.com is classed as a separate domain in Google eyes.
You need to use a indexing service to get it indexed quicker then waiting for Google console
Gd luck.

Yes but google indexing turned off for know so need indexing service.
Yes, all sub.domain.com are treated as separate domains.
you need to treat all sub.domains.com as main domain

Becoz they sre separate entities in the eyes of the se robots. Even www vs non www are different.

this sub domain actually is redirect to an affiliate website

if it is a redirect, why do you think google should show it?! I don't think it does.

In domains and websites, often individual pages / subdomains have their individual settings for follow / nofollow. Perhaps your subdomain is set to nofollow, which means that a web page or subdomain shouldn't be indexed by search engines and therefore shouldn't be shown on the search engine's result pages. Have a check on that (ofcourse there may be some other reason(s) as well, but this is the most common reason to the issue as explained by you.

I just saw that. I was trying to index my new site today. Do you know why they turned it off for now?

I not sure is it partly I label my subdomain same keywords on an page I set on my main site which I removed .
I do a google search try on my subdomain, it show my old page on my main site which I removed.
for an example store page on my main site " already removed "
now my subdomain is lable " store. subdomain .com "
under google search, it display the old page which I removed from my main site
never show my subdomain site

well, this subdomain I just created yesterday redirect to an affiliate link on my main site
