There are plenty of free traffic sources out there other than the traditional SEO, you can try social media (I gram, ytube, fbook).. blogging is also another way to bring traffic to your website. You can spam, but tbh in the long run it doesn't last. And that's coming from a person who spammed for almost 8 years in the early 2000s. It's better to create steady, organic traffic and/or build a good social media presence/following. Good luck
