I have SEMRush...but you need to sign up for the "Guru plan" to see what is being cannibalized...which sucks.

I was wondering if anyone has an easier way (not the Excel spreadsheet stuff) that could be utilized.

Its been along freaking time since I posted...but I needed some suggestions to clean up the cannibalization stuff...

Thanks for your help!

You can use Google Search Console to identify keyword cannibalization. Check the "Performance" report to see which queries are ranking multiple URLs. It helps you detect and resolve cannibalization without the need for SEMRush's grow plan or complicated spreadsheets.

you can get trial guru account to get the work done,
it's pretty cheap and there multiple sale threads in the markeplace

Thanks everyone for chiming in....I will see what I can do... :)

Someone shared a tool for fellow forum members to perform this task.
Look for it and see for yourself.
