My name is Vicky and I'm a SEO Executive. I have been doing a job for 1.5 years but one issue I face many times is how I can remove negative google reviews although I report reviews having said that reviews not be removed. Could you tell me any other way to remove negative reviews.

Maybe use microworkers and ask people of same geo to report in a drip-feed manner? There will be some sellers offering this as a service on BHW marketplace too I believe.

It is very hard, I would say almost impossible. What you can do is to respond in a professional and confident way (and your audience may appreciate it):

1. If you think you're a victim of negative fake reviews, you can flag the comment(s). Most of the time, it will not changing anything, but you can try. A second step is to contact them directly on X: googlemybiz (here u have more chances to solve the issue).

2. Identifying that the conversation or encounter described in the review could not have occurred with your business provides an opportunity to directly address any potential issues. Additionally, providing your email to the reviewers further demonstrates your commitment to resolving any complaints they have. Never involve in direct conflict with the fake reviewer, trying to prove he/she is wrong. Be smart.

3. For the other reviews, mostly the 5* ones, try to respond to each one and to make the reviewers to engage in the conversation. A liked + commented review will be placed in the top (and the fake reviews will be buried down). Also, your audience will see how do you talk with your clients, and that's another +.

Cheers!

Google only deletes reviews that break its content rules—think spam, harassment, hate speech, fake accounts, or reviews from people who never used the service. So flagging alone rarely works. Gather proof the review is bogus (screens, invoices, matching copy‑and‑paste texts), then open a case in Google Business Profile Help → “Contact support” or DM @googlemybiz with that evidence to push for manual removal. If the review is legit, your best move is to reply fast, fix the problem, and politely ask the customer to update their rating, while at the same time asking satisfied clients for new 5‑star reviews to bury the negative ones. Only in clear defamation or IP‑abuse cases should you file a legal removal request, which is slow, costly, and not guaranteed.

First, to delete a review, you need to make sure that it violates Google's policy . To do this, you can use chat gpt. upload screenshots with Google policy to it, and then feed it screenshots with reviews. He will tell you if the review violates the policy, and if so, which one

After that, you will need to report this review from multiple accounts. Google removes reviews that violate the policy more readily.

Of course, they can request additional information. Google will send the email itself.

It is important that the review actually violates the rules. Then the complaint will be effective. Either the machine or the person will consider your complaint.
