How can people from outside U.s create U.s stripe legally.

Helo forum.
I want to start a new online business and I need a stripe account for that.
Stripe doesn't support my country anymore, so if anyone know a good alternative site to stripe I'll be happy to hear about it.
Or tell me how can I get a u.s stripe legally using my informations and at low budget. that's much better for me.

Why do you need us stripe.
They the payment gateway works is:
1) It must work for the target country
2) you must be able to accept payment in your site.
So it must work for your location and your customer location.
You can check the accepted countries by stripe here, you can try to open account from any of these:

I think @IM Dude answered the question, I would also suggest perhaps using a mobile IP proxy to target the specific country where you want to sell, you would still need a way to authenticate your Identity, but again you could try. Let us know how it goes.

So I see this question a lot, best way to use a US business is to have a US business. It cost money to do this but provides benefits long term.

Singapore is a very rare and very trusted GEO for Stripe. Super stable. But it is tough and expensive to open.
