How can my ad account spend, can someone help me?

I am having problem with creating campaign and my ad account not spending,
Really don't understand when everything is fine, account is not hold or debt error.
It is fine and no matter how many camp I set up the result is still not spending.
This has been going on for 10 days and really I need a suggestion.
Can someone help me

Yeah, a few people have mentioned similar issues lately. Sometimes FB just throttles delivery for no clear reason. Testing a fresh setup or changing the objective slightly can help.

I'm actually quite concerned about this issue. I've tried adding new tags, creating a campaign with a small budget,... but it seems to be useless.
 
True and when nothing moves after a few days, its usually a sign the account is quietly flagged. A small reset or a clean setup is often the only way to break out of that dead zone.
