Writing a SEO friendly Article is not that hard but need to understand some of the points given below which should be taken in consideration:
Don’t just write for the numbers, write to cover a topic very well. Go in-depth. Bring something new to the table.

- Write about something people care about.
- Know the basics of technical SEO.
- Make it long enough to count.
- Watch your analytics.
- Edit your work.

I may be one of the outliers here but all of my successful rankings do not come from "SEO friendly" articles. Maybe that would have worked 3-5 years ago when things were a lot easier but now Google has advanced beyond any measure. You have things like RankBrain where machine learning is becoming smarter and understanding exactly what users are looking for.
For my articles, I tend to focus less on keyword density, and more on giving users what they really want. So for a search term like "How to build a PC", I wouldn't use these keywords tonnes of times such as:
I would just add value to the reader and give them exactly what they need, in this case, an informative article teaching them how to build a PC. I'd aim for at least 3,000+ words for the article, adding technical terms, adding info graphs (buy them off Fiverr), and maybe some embeds from YT explaining in depth what you mean in the article.
All of this would mean that you can focus on high quality writing which users would most likely share and this will help with your rankings.
