For that, you have to meet a few requirements, whichever applies. Some of those are their eligibility req (engagements, follows, etc.), make sure to follow the community and monetisation guidelines, perhaps have a business page setup right. Ready your documents too or other verifying information they'll need.

You may first consider prioritising high quality page and game content. Before you start request, ensure you have fullfilled Facebook monetization conditions (1000 followers, 60 days engagements (30k for 1 minutes views),and your account is in compliance with policies (you must be of the legal age and have a reliable page content associated with your account)
